What could you room not go without? Personally, mine is my 52" HDTV. It's a Phillips plasma with ambilight, a great feature that you need to check out if you're haven't already.

Next to television I would probably say my plasma TV stand. It's honey oak and took about 6 days to find, going from furniture store to furniture store. I have a lot of electronics to hold below the television, and I wanted compartments to conceal things as well.

It was hard finding the right one, but I finally found it (even though it was $500).
